Bite optimization is based on the sound principles of mandibular occlusion, which allows the oromandibular system to rest sufficiently and to optimally function upon demand. It is the science and art of determining and maintaining specific relationships of the entire body’s structures. This morning at 9 a.m., Clayton A. The clinician will learn these techniques and be able to easily apply them after learning the key scientific principles of physiologic bite recording. From the original Orthopantomograph® OP1 to today’s Orthopantomograph® OP300, the company’s years of experience and expertise guarantee customers a safe investment for their practices. The Orthopantomograph OP300 is one of the most comprehensive threein-one imaging platforms designed for today and tomorrow. The OP300 combines advanced panoramic imaging with either cephalometric and/or cone-beam 3-D imaging, giving clinicians a truly adaptable platform. The fundamental design principle of the OP300 is the adaptability and upgradeability to not only presentday technologies but to future technological advancements. With that being said, Instrumentarium and the OP300 are pioneering two unique features for its customers going forward. The OP300 multilayer panoramic option provides five panoramic Here at the PDC For more information or to see the Orthopantomograph OP300 for yourself, stop by the Instrumentarium booth, No. 1305. AD The Orthopantomograph OP300 uses a two-dimensional SmartView scout image, which allows operators the comfort of knowing the 3-D volume is properly placed. (Photo/Provided by Instrumentarium) 5 images with only one scan. The multilayer images are achieved in the same scan time and dose as the traditional panoramic scan, so there are no adverse effects to patients. This feature allows for forgiving patient positioning when encountering patients with Class 2 or Class 3 occlusion. It also reduces possible retakes because it has one of the largest focal areas on the market today. The second advancement on the Orthopantomograph OP300 is the two-dimensional SmartView scout image used in cone-beam imaging. This feature allows operators the comfort of knowing the 3-D volume is properly placed. In addition, unlike other systems on the market, the Orthopantomograph OP300 does not require the patient to be repositioned if the SmartView image reveals that the positioning of the volume needs adjustment. All adjustments are made on the large user interface, and the machine moves to the patient rather than the patient moving to the machine. Lastly, the Orthopantomograph product line offers customers the unique ability to upgrade to any or all of the available options down the road, which provides added comfort in knowing that you purchased a system that can grow with you over time.[7] => [8] => ) [page_count] => 8 [pdf_ping_data] => Array ( [page_count] => 8 [format] => PDF [width] => 765 [height] => 1080 [colorspace] => COLORSPACE_UNDEFINED ) [linked_companies] => Array ( [ids] => Array ( ) ) [cover_url] => [cover_three] => [cover] => [toc] => Array ( [0] => Array ( [title] => Bigger than ever [page] => 01 ) [1] => Array ( [title] => Scenes from Thursday [page] => 04 ) [2] => Array ( [title] => Exhibitors [page] => 06 ) ) [toc_html] =>[toc_titles] =>Table of contentsBigger than ever / Scenes from Thursday / Exhibitors
